Getting Started
What Is Peasier?
Peasier is an all-in-one platform for creative studios — photography, content production, equipment rental, and similar service-based creative businesses: booking, client galleries, AI culling and face search, invoicing and payments, contracts, portfolio sites, and multi-location team management — in one workspace.
Peasier is a multi-tenant, B2B2C SaaS platform built by Rehoboth Labs LLC for creative studios — photography is the most common today, but the same tools fit content/video production studios, equipment rental businesses, and other service-based creative businesses that book sessions, deliver media, and get paid by clients. Studios are the paying customers; their clients — brides, families, event attendees, corporate clients — use Peasier as end-users through private links, without ever creating an account.
The problem Peasier solves
Without Peasier, running a studio usually means stitching together tools that were never built to talk to each other: Zoho Invoice (or similar) to raise invoices, a spreadsheet to track who's actually paid, Google Calendar to manage bookings, and yet another tool just to get the finished photos or videos to the client. Nothing in that stack knows about anything else — a payment recorded in a spreadsheet doesn't unlock a gallery, a booking in a calendar doesn't create an invoice, and a studio owner has no single place to see the whole picture of one client's history.
Peasier replaces that whole stack with one connected workspace: a booking automatically becomes an invoice, paying that invoice automatically unlocks the gallery, and every one of those steps lives against the same client record. It's also a direct alternative to purpose-built competitors in this space — Pixieset, Pic-Time, HoneyBook, and Aftershoot — but built as one system rather than a gallery tool, a CRM, and a culling tool bolted together.
Who uses Peasier
Peasier serves three distinct groups, each with a different relationship to the platform:
- Studio owners and admins — configure the business: session types, pricing, branches, staff roles, branding, and payment accounts.
- Staff (photographers, editors, front desk) — operate day to day within the access their role and assigned branch allow: confirming bookings, uploading and culling media, sending invoices and contracts.
- Clients — never log in. They book a session, view and select photos, pay invoices, and sign contracts entirely through tokenized links and, for sensitive actions, a one-time email passcode.
