Storage & Uploads

What happens to a photo the moment you upload it, and how storage plans work.

The moment you upload a photo or video, Peasier gets it ready for delivery automatically — you don't have to trigger anything by hand.

What happens when you upload

  • If the gallery hasn't been paid for yet, a watermarked version is prepared right away so you can share previews safely — see Client Galleries & Delivery.
  • The photo is scanned for technical quality, which feeds straight into AI culling.
  • A thumbnail is generated and your storage usage is updated.

These happen at the same time rather than one after another, so a large batch upload doesn't slow down how quickly previews and thumbnails become available.

Formats and storage limits

Peasier supports JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. Storage is metered by your subscription plan, and studio owners can check current usage at any time from the dashboard.
