Security & Privacy

How Peasier keeps studios' data separate, protects sensitive clients, and respects consent — in plain terms.

Peasier is built with data-privacy laws in mind, including GDPR (Europe) and NDPR (Nigeria) — but more practically, it's built so studios can promise their clients their information is handled carefully.

Every studio's data is kept separate

A staff member at one studio can never see another studio's clients, bookings, galleries, or invoices — not by mistake, and not by trying. Each studio's data is walled off from every other studio's, full stop.

Who did what, and when, is on record

If someone accesses a client's personal details, financial records, or changes who has access to what, that's recorded. Even just viewing a client's delivered gallery is logged, not only editing it — so a studio owner can always answer "who looked at this, and when?"

Sensitive clients stay protected everywhere

A client flagged as sensitive — a celebrity, an NDA-covered shoot — is protected consistently everywhere they show up: their gallery, their invoices, and search results, not just their profile page. See Sensitive Clients for exactly how that works and what it hides.

Face recognition search is opt-in, never a silent default, and can be switched off completely per gallery or per studio — see AI Culling & Search for when to use it and when not to.

Unpaid work is never given away in full quality

Watermarking on unpaid galleries isn't a setting a studio can accidentally leave off — it's on by default and there's no way to expose full-resolution originals before payment. See Client Galleries & Delivery.
