Peasier AI Assistant
A chat assistant staff can ask about their own studio's bookings, clients, invoices, and contracts — answers come from real records, not guesses.
Rather than digging through several screens to answer a question like "which clients haven't paid their last invoice?" or "what's on the calendar next week?", staff can just ask the Peasier AI Assistant directly, from its own chat panel in the dashboard.
What it can do
The assistant answers questions about a studio's own data — bookings, clients, invoices, contracts, and more — and shows its answer using whatever's clearest for the question: a table, a chart, a KPI card, or a simple list, with the real records it pulled the answer from cited alongside it. Conversations are saved, so staff can come back to one later, rename it, or start a fresh one for a different topic. Answers can be regenerated, and staff can rate a response with a thumbs up or down to help improve it, and save a frequently-asked question to reuse later.
It only tells you what you're allowed to see
The assistant answers using the same access rules as the rest of Peasier — it can't show a staff member a sensitive client they wouldn't otherwise be able to see, or another branch's data they don't have access to. Asking it a question never grants access the product wouldn't otherwise give that person.
What it doesn't do
Today, the assistant only answers and advises — it doesn't create or change anything on your behalf. It won't confirm a booking, send an invoice, or sign a contract; for now, it's a faster way to understand your own business, not a way to act on it.
